Tutor in English and Mandarin

Cheryl graduated from Harvard with a BA in Comparative Government, after completing high school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she studied both the IB Diploma and a range of AP courses. She is a native speaker of English and Mandarin, and has taught them in a wide variety of settings: English writing in Shanghai for Education Without Borders; Chinese literature for the Harvard Student Council; and both languages for Rosetta Stone as an on-line tutor. She has also worked as a research assistant in Boston and Hong Kong, publishing on Chinese history and philosophy, and translating between Chinese and English.
